Four red sanders smugglers arrested

Kadapa: The Yerraguntla cops arrested four red sanders smugglers near Chilamakuru village on Wednesday while they were illegally transporting red sanders logs. Six red sanders logs weighing 10 kilos each, a car and three mobiles recovered from them.

The accused were identified as Sabarish, Radhakrishnan, Viswanathan and Pavan of Tamil Nadu state. SI Sivasankar informed the media that the cops raided ICL cement factory near Chilamakuru village on a tip-off and took the accused into custody. He stated another three persons were managed to escape from the spot. The police registered a case.
