Banks will help skilled persons, says Syndicate Bank DGM S Hareesha Babu

Ongole: The deputy general manager of the Syndicate Bank, Ongole S Hareesha Babu announced that banks will support the people with trained skills to establish units for their self-employment. 

He visited the Rural Development and Self-Employment Training Institute, sponsored by the Syndicate Bank, Canara Bank and Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatha Education Trust, in Ongole on Thursday.

Hareesha Babu interacted with the trainees of the light motor vehicle driving and tailoring in the institute and enquired about the training programmes and received feedback. 

He asked the trainees to complete the training with discipline and dedication and use the skills for self-employment. He said that the banks would support those people with trained skills. 

He asked them to repay the loans in easy installments in time by saving a portion of the earnings.

The executive director, M Janardhan, RUDSETI Ongole director G Suryanarayana Murthy and other staff members also participated in the 
programme.
