Jagan gives call for success of bandh

Kakinada: YSRCP chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, on the 219th  day of his Praja Sankalpa Yatra, visited   Unduru and Samarla Kota areas under Peddapuam Assembly constituency on Monday. The visit to this constituency attains significance as it is represented by Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister N. Chinarajappa.

Commencing his tour from Gonchala,  he visited Unduru and surrounding areas and reached Samarla Kota one of two municipalities in Peddapuram Assembly constituency.

At Unduru, Panchayat staff submitted a representation to Jagan about their grievances including non-regularisation of their services despite working for  10 to 15 years. Some cable operators of Samarla Kota met Jaganmohan Reddy and represented the tax  problems they  are facing.
He was greeted by various sections of people. They include women with babies in their arms and elderly persons. 

Several Congress leaders from  Chodavaram in Visakhapatnam district joined  YSRC in the presence  of Jagan during lunch break. Meanwhile Jagan announced break to his Yatra on Tuesday due to AP bandh.  He will stayback at his camp to monitor bandh. He asked the people and traders to extend  their support and make the bandh a success.

His Yatra will continue as usual  on Wednesday. He decided to camp at Samarla Kota  on  Monday night and on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Jagan appointed V Vijayasai Reddy as party’s Parliamentary party leader and  sent a letter to this extent to Secretary General of Lok Sabha.
