Backlog posts to be filled by March says State SC/ST Commission chairman Karem Sivaji

Tadepalligudem: State SC/ST Commission chairman Karem Sivaji has said backlog posts in government departments will be filled by March.

Addressing the media here on Friday, Dr Sivaji informed that there were 7,500 backlog posts existed in the state. 

Out of them, 4,000 posts were filled. The remaining posts would be filled at the earliest.

Karem came down heavily on BJP-led NDA government for ‘suppressing the rights’ of Dalits, Tribals and Minorities. 

The Centre had cheated people of Andhra Pradesh over Polavaram, capital construction and railway zone.

Stating that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu had been striving for the welfare of SC/ST employees, Sivaji informed that a mammoth meeting of SC/ST employees in the state would be held soon.
