Competitive spirit brings out creative skills: A Srikanth

Vuyyuru: Students should set a target in life and select the course of their choice and strive hard to achieve it, said Andhra Pradesh State Guest House (New Delhi) Additional Commissioner A Srikanth. He participated as the chief guest at a programme organised at Sri Srinivasa Degree College on Thursday.

Addressing the students, he said that in the advanced educational system students should have a healthy competitive spirit among them which would bring out creative skills. He said that for sincere hard work there would be always positive result. He stressed the need to create awareness on the rural games, arts, culture, tradition and skills.

He said that all the students should follow the rural culture and traditions which are the roots of society. He said to lead a peaceful life one should be away from bad habits and lead a disciplined life to achieve success. He said that the youth are the backbone for the future of the nation and for the social and financial growth. Institute director Dr P Srinivasa Rao, director P Neelima and others were present.
