Postal staff told to achieve targets

Rajamahendravaram: Andhra Pradesh Chief Post Master General K Bala Subramanyam on Saturday appealed to the postal department employees to put their endeavour to achieve set targets relating to Urban and Rural Postal Insurance Schemes. 

Participating in insurance mela held in the premises of head post office here on Saturday, he said 8,29,000 policies were taken under the postal rural insurance scheme. Stating that there was no pending in claims relating to postal rural insurance, he called upon the employees to achieve set targets relating to Sukanya Samruddi Yojana and SB accounts.
