Congress holds campaign in Pedakurapadu

Guntur: All India Congress Committee secretary Shaik Mastan Vali and district Congress leaders conducted door-to-door campaign in Pedakurapadu Assembly constituency in Guntur district on Tuesday and addressed a public meeting.

Speaking  on this occasion, he said that development was possible with the Congress.

He reminded several welfare schemes introduced during the Congress regime. He said that BJP had failed to accord SCS and rejected Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh and hurt the sentiments of the people.

He urged the voters to support the Congress in the coming elections. He said that voters would teach a lesson to the BJP in the coming elections. 

He would take steps to strengthen the Congress from the grassroots level, he added.
