Sand sculpture seeking aid for Titli victims

Rangampeta: Sand sculpture artist Devina Srinivas seeks help for the victims of Titli cyclone which rattled Srikakulam district in north Andhra. 

He sought generous contributions from public for the worst-affected in the cyclone who suffered losses in agriculture and other 
sectors.
