Kanna has no right to criticise Chandrababu Naidu: Rayapati
Guntur: Narasaraopet MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao said that BJP State president Kanna Lakshminarayana has no right to criticise Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
Addressing media at his residence in the city on Thursday, the MP said Kanna Lakshminarayana, who resided in a hut in Guntur city and earned thousands of crores of rupees illegally, has no moral right to criticise Naidu.
He alleged that Kanna resorted to irregularities while he was in power and earned thousands of crores of rupees. He said YSRCP president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and Jana Sena chief Pawn Kalyan were not getting support from people and predicted that Chandrababu Naidu will become next Chief Minister in the ensuing elections.
He said the Congress–TDP alliance was confined to Telangana State and the party high command will decide the tie-ups at the time of elections in AP. The MP said that he and his son Rayapati Ranga Rao will contest from anywhere in the coming general elections.
He said Chandrababu Naidu will decide from where they could contest in the elections. He thanked Chandrababu Naidu for sanctioning Rs 600 crore for Palnadu Water Grid to solve the drinking water problem in Vinukonda, Gurazala and Macherla Assembly constituencies.
