MLA V Venkateswara Rao refutes allegation of encroaching mosque site

Kakinada: MLA V. Venkateswara Rao refuted the allegations of encroaching the Noor Basha Association mosque site at Recharla Peta in the city.

Addressing the Mosque Committee and local Muslim population on the mosque premises on Sunday evening, the MLA said that some pamphlets were released relating  to this allegation a few days ago by some people.

The MLA not only refuted the allegations but assured to safeguard the properties of the mosque. 

He made it clear that  after his election as MLA in 2014 in fact he saved many municipal corporation, railway and state port sites from encroachers and encroachments.

Mosque  Committee president Abdulla Noor Basha, members Noor Basha, Alla  Basha and others were present.
