ITDA Parvathipuram gets ISO certificate
Parvathipuram (Vizianagaram): The ITDA Parvathipuram has coveted a rare fete by achieving ISO 9001 : 2015 certificate for its quality service in the agency areas of Vizianagaram district. The office access, public amenities, beautification and sanitation have been improved considerably in ITDA office owing to the steps taken by district collector to make the district clean and green.
The collector complemented the team ITDA for achieving the recognition within a short span of time. The quality of services provided to public in the office is main criteria for this certification.
After two rounds of rigorous auditing of services like office procedure, grievance redressal, trainings and accessibility by the experts, the adjudicating organisation has issued the certificate up on thorough satisfaction and sustainability of above parameters, said ITDA Project Officer Dr G Lakshmisha.
The ITDA administration under the leadership of Project Officer G Lakshmisa have provided various amenities in the office for the convenience of public who visit the office.
The entire operations are being made through e-filing and the clearance of the files is speeded up. Entire office is brought under CCTV surveillance. Drinking water, clean toilets and help desks were also provided. Apart from all these, the free meals canteen is one of the flagship programme introduced by the PO.
The public who visit on Monday on their grievances from hill top areas can avail the free meals at the canteen. All these services are recognised by the government and selected for the award.
