Dr Yarranilli Gopalakrishna Murthy dead

Narsapuram: Former treasurer of  Y N College Dr Yarranilli Gopalakrishna Murthy (81) died in Hyderabad on January 25 following a prolonged illness. 

The college governing body held a meeting during the day to condole the death. 

It conveyed condolences to the bereaved family. Secretary and correspondent of the college Dr C Satyanarayana, who is abroad, also conveyed his grief to the family over the phone. 

Murthy is the son of former founder of the institution Narayana Murthy.
