Develop creative skills, students told in Vijayawada
Vijayawada: Creativity and skills should be developed to reach new heights, said Yedla Venkata Krishna Mohan, CEO, Surya Engineering Works.
He participated as the chief guest at ‘Kurukshetra 2K19’ organised by the department of Business Administration of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science.
Addressing the gathering, he said that the corporate firms are expecting creative skills from the young management graduates. He advised the students to become entrepreneurs by improving creative and innovative ideas.
The government has been encouraging start-ups and the young managers to make use of such opportunities.
This type of events will help the management graduates to develop communication, networking, team working and leadership skills, said the chief guest.
Convener of the event Prof Rajesh C Jampala explained the importance of various formal and informal events of the Kurukshetra 2K19.
He said that it was a good platform to share the knowledge, ideas and creative skills.
Event coordinator Dr Md S Rahaman, Dr Meka Ramesh, principal of the college, V Babu Rao, Director and students from the various B-Schools and faculty were present.
