Political neglect of Muslims deplored in Giddalur
Giddalur: It is time to end all discrimination by the political parties towards Muslims and get an equal share in the development, opined the speakers at the meeting held by the Muslim Hakkula Porata Samithi in Giddalur on Sunday.
The speakers including the MHPS honorary president Syed Sami Hussaini, president Shaik Khajavali, general secretary Mohammad Farook Shubli, youth division president Shaik Nagulmeera, district president Ibrahim Khaleel and others said that all political parties in the state were considering Muslims as just a vote bank but neglecting their development.
They said that the political parties were the reason for their backwardness for the last 70 years and opined that it was the right time to unite and fight to get their equal rights.
They said that the MHPS fights for the rights of Muslims irrespective of political differences and demanded the white paper on the expenditure by the state and central governments towards the welfare of Muslims.
They demanded the Giddalur MLA to handover the land that was allocated for the madarsa at Achampet village in Racharla mandal by this Friday or face the protests from the community.
They demanded bank loans directly through the minority corporation for the employment of the Muslim youth irrespective of the involvement of bankers.
They passed the resolution unanimously to demand all political parties to send one Muslim each to the assembly and announced that they organize tours in all constituencies to create awareness among Muslims.
