Siddhartha TT team wins first place at Amaravati

Vijayawada: Vellagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College table tennis team won the first place in the men's section of the national level competitions held at SRM Fest 2k19 at Amaravati, recently.

Siddhartha Academy secretary D Lakshmana Rao, Vice-President M Rajaiah, College Principal AV Ratnaprasad and others congratulated the team.

The management also congratulated the TT team for finishing second in the qualifying event to qualify for the Central Zone (JNTU-Kakinada) fixtures.

It lost to Gudlavelaru Engineering College in the final at Dhanekula College of Engineering recently.

The team members were Vamsi Raju, T Suresh, A Pavan Kumar, K Sandeep, and P V N Sainath, according to YVRK Prasad, Physical Director of the college.
