Amaravati: TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday remarked that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao had become the president of YSRCP and his son K T Rama Rao the working president for both TRS and YSRCP.

Speaking in a teleconference with party leaders and cadre, he said YSRCP president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy had become a dummy and puppet in the hands of KCR.

The comments by KCR and other TRS leaders amply establish the severe hatred they have towards AP and its people, Naidu said. himself ridiculed Telugu Talli numerous times and Jagan has chosen to align with such tormentors of AP, Naidu regretted.

He said the people of AP will strongly respond to the conspiracies being hatched by KCR and Jagan and they will teach a lesson to them. Wishing the women on International Women's day, Naidu said the TDP took the initiative to provide reservation to women in education and jobs.

It was NTR who had advocated equal right for women in property and Pasupu-Kumkuma was introduced by TDP only. Naidu said women took the lead in waging battle over the plots hatched against TDP founder NTR. He called upon them to now fight against the conspiracies being hatched by Opposition against him.

Stating that, every family in the State has been getting minimum of four to five benefits from the government welfare schemes, he hoped that those who got benefits from the government will vote for the TDP.

Naidu said the TDP in the State had the backing of farmers, women and youth. He said the TDP is the only party which boosted the self-confidence of women.

He called upon women to teach the YSRCP a lesson for spreading false propaganda that the TDP had issued bogus cheques to them under the ‘Pasupu-Kumkuma’s scheme.

Naidu also came down heavily against YSRCP chief Jagan for creating differences between different castes in the State. Naidu expressed satisfaction over Krishna river reaching Kuppam constituency. He said during the last 10 days, the government secured investments to the tune of Rs 45,000 crore.

He alleged that the YSRCP, TRS and BJP were plotting to stop the investment flow to AP and deprive the youth of employment opportunities. He alleged that Jagan had donated huge sums of money to the TRS and the TRS too invested money in YSRCP.
