TFI: Bad Time For Trade

Every Friday offers us some entertaining movies. But last Friday is entirely different. Because of some uninterested movies, the audiences have to restrict themselves with Tholi Prema, AWE and Chalo. Even then, the box office failed to entertain the viewers. On the other side, Vikram's Sketch is also in the theatres, but the movie got the flop talk from the beginning itself.

The English films Black Panther, Shape of Water, Hindi film Sonu ki Totty ki Sweety tried to grab the attention of the viewers, but the film did well in multiplexes of Hyderabad. With the theatres' strike this week, there are no releases on Friday. Until the issue with Digital Service Providers is cleared, the producers are not going to release new movies. In the meantime, we have English, Hindi and Kannada films in the theatres.

On the whole, it looks like the unfortunate trade scenario will bring losses to the producers.
