Vijay Sets New Record In Chennai With Sarkar

As per the trending buzz in the filmnagar, Ilayathlapathy Vijay set a new record in the Chennai city. IlayaThalapathy Vijay is the only hero to have two 100 CR+ grossers in TamilNadu state so far. 

He achieved this feat with back to back films in the form of Mersal and Sarkar. This is an amazing record to possess and he is also expected to make it a hat-trick of centuries in terms of gross in Tamilnadu.

As per the reports, the film's Monday gross is 46 lakhs in Chennai city. With this, the entire first week's total in Chennai has gone up to 11.23 CR gross. Undoubtedly, this is a record-smashing opening week for the actor.

The gross for the first week in Tamilnadu has gone already to more than hundred crores.
