Medical negligence in death of woman alleged

Musheerabad: A pregnant woman died allegedly because of medical negligence at a private hospital here on Monday. She was identified as Revathi (28) of Bharath Nagar.  The victim was admitted to the hospital on Sunday night.

 She breathed her last in the emergency ward on Monday.  Family members and relatives of the victims staged protest in front of the hospital alleging medical negligence. Chikkadpally Assistant Commissioner of Police Pradeep Kumar visited the hospital and conducted an enquiry.
