Seethaphalmandi: Corporator Samala Hema along with ward member zakir bhai and TRS leaders issued two PC (Position Certificates) to Seethafalmandi persons shaik razia banu, zaheda begum and family for double bedroom houses at Subhash Chandra Bose Nagar.
