Congress leaders meet Rahul Gandhi

Tandur: Several Congress leaders from the constituency met their party's National President Rahul Gandhi, in New Delhi on Friday. DCCB ex-chariman Lakshma Reddy, Dr Sampath, Saipur Narsimhulu, Srinivas Chary and others were among those who met Rahul Gandhi in Central office in the national capital. 

They explained about the party's situation in the constituency. They also told the party's president that Assembly ticket was being given to a same family for 50 years. Party would win if a new candidate is fielded this time, they explained. Speaking to The Hans India through telephone, the leaders said that Rahul said that tickets would be given as per people's choice.
