Milk bath performed to KCR’s portrait

Chilkanagar: Activists of the TRS Youth wing here on Monday poured milk on the portrait of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for enhancing the assistance being paid to beneficiaries under the Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak schemes.

Corporator Gopu Swaraswati Sadanand was the chief guest at the programme.  Addressing the activists, she said KCR increased the assistance under the Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak increased from Rs 75,116 to Rs 1,00,116.

TRS Youth Wing president Gajjala Satyaraj Goud, TRS Division president Cherala Srinivas, party members Sadanand, Ambati Jagadish, ward members Jammula Bhaskar Reddy, Thudi Mohan, Nagaraju, Balaji, Renuka and others took part.
