Awareness camps on PC recruitment held in villages

Siddipet: As 4,000 police constables are to be recruited by the State government, Station House Officers (SHOs) of the various mandals held awareness camps in villages in Siddipet district on Friday to create awareness among the eligible youth at the behest of Commissioner of Police Joel Davis. 

The camps were held in Dubbaka by local CI Niranjan and SI Subhash Goud, at Ananthasagar village, of Chinna Kodur mandal, by SI Ashok, at Rebarthi by Maddur SI Virendar, in Husnabad by SI Sudhakar, at Srirampally by Koheda SI Satheesh, at Murrai by Rajagopalpet SI Chandrasekhar, at Arepally and Kothapally by Rayapole SI Narsimlu, at Erravalli  by Kukunoorpally SI Parameshwar.

The officers said interested youth could avail the opportunity of free training course at the police stations by enrolling their names and submission of  study certificates, passport photos, Aadhaar number, community and ration card (Xerox copies) at the centres> This would enable them to attend the  written examination and physical fitness training. As part of the 'Nenu Saitham' programme, the police educated residents on working/usage of CCTV cameras in villages.
