Auto tippers handed over

arredpally: As a part of the prestigious Swachh Telangana project taken up by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Animal Husbandry and Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav inaugurated new Swachh Auto Tippers(SAT) at Marredpally along  with local corporators, Zonal Commissioner of North Zone J Shankariah, Begumpet Deputy Commissioner A Shailaja, Assistant Medical Officer of Health Dr N Venkata Ramana,Sanitation Supervisor of the area and ITC Senior Manager Umakanth among several others participated in the event. 

As a token of gratitude towards their contribution in keeping the society clean, ITC sponsored uniforms to the SAT drivers. 

Speaking on the occasion, Srinivas said that health and hygiene form an essential element for every progressive society. He urged citizens to be actively responsible in keeping the city clean instead of simply relying on the municipality to achieve a healthier and trash free Hyderabad.
