‘Pledge to counter violent extremis

Hyderabad:  Katherine Hadda, Consul General, U S Consulate General Hyderabad, Alok Agarwal, Member Secretary, National Legal Services Authority, Justice Ramesh Ranganathan, Acting Chief Justice, High Court of Judicature of Telangana and AP, Dr. Sunitha Krishnan, Chief Functionary, Prajwala, and Tony Castleman, South Asia Representative, Catholic Relief Services, along with a gathering, took pledge to counter human trafficking during the closing ceremony of the two-day South Asia Conference on preventing human trafficking held at Hotel Novotel Airport on Sunday. 

The conference was jointly organised by the U S Consulate General in Hyderabad and Prajwala. Diplomats, government officials and social activists from several South Asian countries and all the states of India participated in the conference.
