Distribution of input subsidy under Rythu Bandhu scheme

Vikarabad:  District Collector Sayyad Omar Jaleel on Thursday asked bankers to submit him a report on the action plan for distribution of input subsidy under Rytu Bandhu scheme.

Collector seeks report on action plan from bankers 

Reviewing the implementation of the scheme with bankers at Collectorate, he asked them to take steps to distribute cheques among farmers from May 10 and 17. The SBI has been allotted nine mandals and the Andhra Bank seven mandals to make disbursement of input subsidy. 

He asked bankers to take all precautions to rule out inconvenience to farmers in remitting the cash. Joint Collector Aruna Kumari, agriculture officer Gopal, LDM Sumalata, RBI Assistant General Manager Venkatesh, RDOs of Vikarabad and Tandur Viswanadham and Venu Madhava Rao and officials of various banks took part in the review meeting.
