Free medical camp for workers

Chandanagar: A free medical camp was organised for the benefit of workers of dumb yard, rickshaw pullers and GHMC sanitation staff by the Tata Trust and Kakatiya Hospital in Diptisrinagar Community Hall on Thursday in coordination with the Colony Association.

 Corporator Bobba Navatha Reddy who participated in the awareness programme for GHMC workers advised them to take good care of their health by undergoing medical tests once in six months. Representatives of the two organisations stated that they would provide free counselling for cancer patients. Among those present at the camp were GHMC AMOH Ravi, doctors Kiran Kumar, Sindhu, Narsimha, Anjaneyulu, president of the association Sitaramayya, secretary Rajasekhar, residents of the colony.
