Balala Hakkula Sangam demands compensation to rape victims

Kachiguda: Honorary president of Balala Hakkula Sangam Achyuta Rao lamented that Government is not extending any compensation to minor victims of rapes under POSCO Act, 2012 at a round table conference held here on Thursday. 

Youth For Better India representative Kranthi appealed media to play major role in creating awareness to public in avoiding rapes. The speakers urged the police officers to create friendly atmosphere when victims approached police stations to register a case.
