City girl wins Gold in international karate championship

Hyderabad: Syeda Falak won Gold Medal at the 4th International Karate Championship-2018 held at Kathmandu,Nepal in the Senior Female Open Category.The Championship was held from May 10 to 12.

Players from Nepal,India,Srilanka,Bhutan,Nigeria,Pakistan and Bangladesh participated. Syeda Falak cleared 3 rounds before the finals and the in the finals defeated opponent from Nepal.She was also awarded as the Best Female Fighter of the Tournament.

Chief Guest Bharat Kumar Khadka(President-Mount Kailash Energy Company Ptv Ltd),Dawa Gurung(President-Nepal Karate Federation) and Chief Organiser Rajendra Kumar Ojha presented the Gold Medal and Best Female Fighter Award to her.
