The CM also expressed his un-happiness over some mistakes that are appearing in some entries as well as incomplete information in few cases despite land records purification and rectification done spanning over hundred days. The Chief Minister also expressed unhappiness that there is couple of technical faults and also human errors causing inconvenience to farmers. He also said some of the farmers are yet to receive their passbooks.

Chief Minister KCR told the officers that taking into consideration the gigantic task that has been undertaken, there may be some possibilities for committing few mistakes and in this back drop they should take this as a challenge and work with more accuracy. Due to reorganisation of districts and formation of small districts it has become easy for the Collectors to more effectively supervise and this has to be viewed as a favourable one and continue to discharge duties with more commitment.

KCR said that from next month the new registration policy will come into effect and also the farmers’ insurance scheme and as such it is all the necessary to keep the land records updated and properly maintained.  He said how this would be possible, unless the land records rectification and updation is perfectly done and land ownership is exactly decided.

The Chief Minister also said that it is a fact that some problems have cropped in and it does not mean that we get discouraged but instead to proceed with successful completion of issue of passbooks and cheque books for which the Collectors are to be geared up more effectively.
