Corporator, EE tour Vidyanagar Phase II to inspect UGD

Chandanagar: Corporator Bobba Navata Reddy on Thursday toured Vidyanagar Phase II to inspect underground drainage (UGD) work along with EE Venkateshwarlu following complaints by the colony residents that they were suffering in the absence of GHD and CC roads.

Reddy explained the problems to Venkateshwarlu, who assured to complete the work at the earliest. She requested the EE to repair the pothole-filled road from Sridevi Theatre to Ameenpur, in view of the hardships faced by the travelling public, before the launch of the 150 ft road. The EE directed officials to take up temporary road repairs. Among those who accompanied them were DE Ravinder, AO Anurag, Ward Member Sulochana, Works Inspector Jagdish.
