Protesting student leaders arrested at Narayanaguda

Musheerabad: Demanding regularisation of fee in private and corporate educational institutions, student leaders of various unions staged dharna-cum-demonstration from Narayanaguda flyover to RTC Cross Roads on Thursday. 

They also demanded filling up of teacher and lecturer posts at government institutions and improvement of basic facilities. As the dharna caused traffic jams causing inconvenience to the commuters, the police rushed in to handle the agitators. Later, the police arrested some of the agitators on preventive measures and later released them.
