Police conduct cordon & search operation; seize cars, bikes

Maheshwaram: As many as 48 two wheelers and four cars without valid documents, three LPG cylinders and 105 liquor bottles were seized by the police in the cordon and search operation drive conducted in the village from 6pm to 8pm on Saturday.
Under the supervision of LB Nagar DCP Prakash Reddy and Additional DCP Srinivas along with two ACPs, 16 inspectors and 25 SIs altogether 250 police personal took part in the drive. DCP said that they took some suspicious persons in to custody. ACPs Malla Reddy, Pridhvinder Reddy, CIs Sunil, Bhaskar, Lakshmikanth Reddy, Manmohan, Madanmohan, Saidayya were present.
