Nakrekal MLA distributes Shaadi Mubarak cheques

Ramannapet (Yadadri- Bhongir): Nakrekal MLA Vemula Veeresham said the government had been spending crores of rupees for the welfare of the poor in the State. On Thursday, he distributed Shaadi Mubarak cheques worth Rs 36.31 lakh to the beneficiaries at a programme held at Ramannapet in Yadadri- Bhongir district.

Speaking on the occasion, he said every poor in the State had been getting benefits under several welfare programmes being implemented by the State government.

Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao had been striving hard to address the issues of irrigation, drinking water, education, health, agriculture and power to make Telangana a powerful State in the country, the MLA said.

He said works of pipelines and tanks under Mission Bagiratha were nearing completion and every household would get drinking water very soon.
He urged the people to bless the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) once again in the next elections in the interest of the State.

Tehsildar Ravindra Sagar, MPP K Yellamma, ZPTC Jinukala Vasantha, MPDO Janaki Reddy, Market Committee chairman Bandela Ramulu, sarpanches P Bala Narsimha, P Mallesham, B Mallesham, B Chandrakala, R Shiva Ranjani, MPTCs Madhu Babu, Venkatesham, Venkat Reddy and others participated in the programme.
