Kiran Kumar Reddy calls up Konathala, tells him to join Congress?
Narsipatnam: The last chief minister of undivided Andhra Pradesh Kiran Kumar Reddy is all set to rejoin the Congress after staying away from it for four years.
According to sources, Kiran Kumar Reddy is personally calling many of his associates, who left the Congress along with him to form Jai Samaikyandhra Party, and is asking them to rejoin the party.
Kiran Kumar Reddy reportedly telephoned former MLA B Mutyala Papa and former minister Konathala Ramakrishna and asked them to rejoin the Congress Party. Revealing this, Muthyala Papa said that she had told him that she would take a decision soon.
The Congress Party is trying to regain the lost ground by bringing back those who left the party during the 2014 elections. Kiran Kumar Reddy will join the Congress by the end of this month.
