CPS will be scrapped if Congress comes to power: Uttam

TPCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy on Thursday promised that they will scrap Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS) if the party comes into power.
Speaking at Gandhi Bhavan, Reddy alleged that there were no promotions for the teachers in TRS government. He also demanded the government to fill up one lakh teacher vacancies in the state. In the meeting, Uttam said the PRTU former president Venkat Reddy will be now serving as a Congress leader.
Uttam Kumar also assured the teachers would get promotions along with filling up the vacancies if Congress wins in the next elections. He further promised the unemployed youth in the state will get Rs 3000 financial assistance per month.
