Rajath Kumar holds meeting with collectors, SPs over election arrangements

Hyderabad: Telangana state Chief Electoral Officer Rajath Kumar held a meeting with district election officers (collectors), Superintendent of police and Commissioner of police.

It is learned that Rajath discussed the election arrangements and security in the state. He also asked the officials to put an eye on the check posts to prevent the transport of money in poll-bound Telangana state.

On Monday, a team of Election Commission of India will visit the state to review the poll preparedness in the state. The team on their three-day visit will hold meetings separately with all the parties, collectors and SPs.
