Police Foils TDP MPs Stir at PM Residence

New Delhi: Police foiled TDP MPs attempt to stage a big dharna in front of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence in New Delhi.  

Soon after the Telugu Desam MPs squattered before the PM's house and launched their stir, security men and police forces swung into action and took them into preventive custody. The TDP leaders bundled into a vampire and shifted to Tughlak Road police station.

Mild tension was prevailed as TDP MPs resisted police from taking them away from the spot . At one stage,  the TDP leader JC Diwakar Reddy jostled with cops. 
Sujana Chowdary said the centre was suppressing their struggle for special status to Andhra by using police forces. He said the TDP will not let down by such threats.
