Justice for Asifa: Beware signs spread in the wake of Kathua rape

As the whole nation is standing united to fight for justice in the Kathua rape and murder case, the safety of women in the country is being questioned all over the globe.

Taking a whole new dimension to the incident, a man was seen spreading a beware sign in the Istanbul Airport on Monday. 

He was wearing a shirt with a message behind saying, “Beware in sending our females to India, #JusticeforAsifa.”

The Kathua rape and murder case has disturbed the entire nation after an eight-year-old girl was held captive in a small village temple in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua district for a week in January this year. The girl sexually assaulted repeatedly and then murdered. Eight people including a juvenile, four police officers and a retired government official were involved in the horrific incident.

The case received massive support from the public who staged protests in various parts of the country demanding justice for the girl.
