Nakhbayeva crowned chess queen

Hyderabad: Woman Grand Master Nakhbayeva Guliskhan of Kazhakhstan was given a shock in the last round by Prudnykova Olga of Ukraine but that not spoil her party as she walked away with the honours having aggregated nine points from 11 rounds in the AICF International Women Grandmaster Chess Tournament organised by Telangana State Chess Association (TSCA) at NITHM campus Gachibowli here on Thursday.

Nakhbayeva pocketed a cool Rs 1.6 lakh for her exploits. 
She was followed by International Master Munguntuul Batkhuyag of Mongolia with seven points and Woman Grand Master Babiy Olga with 6.5 points who pocketed Rs 1.3 lakh and one lakh respectively.
