Home Minister Nayani urges people to prioritise cleanliness

Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy on Saturday participated in the Swachh Survekshan 2018 awareness programme organised by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation at Uppal Stadium in Hyderabad.

Students from various schools and colleges from different parts of Telangana took part in the programme.

Attending the programme as the Chief Guest, he urged the people to accord priority to cleanliness.

Mentioning that the Swachh Bharat, Swachh Telangana and Swachh Hyderabad initiatives are aimed at keeping the surroundings clean, the Minister advised the people to opt for Swachh Namaskar to underscore the need of maintaining clean surroundings.

The awareness programme was organized in connection with Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s birthday celebrations.
