Aim to achieve 100% voter participation

Mancherial: A voter awareness rally took off at the Collectorate in Mancherial on Thursday to create awareness of the Voter Verified Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) machine among the voters across the district.

District Collector Bharathi Hollikeri flagged off the voter awareness vehicles and said that the aim of the voter awareness rally is to have 100 per cent  participation in the ensuing Assembly elections and to make people aware of the new technologies.

She also inaugurated Voter Awareness Centre at the Collectorate to create awareness among the people. Election Nodal Officer N Venkateshwarlu, DRDO Rajeshwar Rathod, Collectorate Superintendent Varna and disabled voters were present.
