Bathukamma fest at Kukatpally

Kukatpally: Asha Foundation organised Bathukamma celebrations at Sai Poojitha Residency, Kukatpally, on Wednesday. Residents of apartment, colony residents and 30 children from Ashray Bala Tejassu Rainbow Home participated in the celebrations. The festival celebrated with pomp and gaiety with women singing, dancing and playing Dandiya. 

Speaking on the occasion, Soniya Akula said that the celebrations are organised every year with the intention of raising awareness among children about Telangana culture and traditions. Gifts were presented to every women participant. Welfare society members of Sai Poojitha were also participated on the occasion.
