MRPS, BC assn backing Kutami: CPI state secretary Chada Venkata Reddy

Abdullahpurmet: CPI state secretary Chada Venkata Reddy on Friday alleged that the TRS rule was limited to merely making promises than implementing them. He was addressing a gathering while explaining election manifesto here at Kuntluru Ravi Narayana Reddy colony. He said that MRPS founder president Manda Krishna Madiga and National Backward Classes Welfare Association president R Krishnaiah extended their support to the Grand Alliance (Mahakutami). 

Venkata Reddy alleged that the TRS government filled only 20,000 vacancies out of 2 lakh. He assured to fill all vacancies after the GA voted to power. The other promises made in the manifesto were: 2BHK houses; 3 acre land; ‘Abhaya Hastam’ to SHG women; pensions to single woman; waiver of farm loan up to Rs 2 lakh; house sites to journalists; pension to retired scribes; restoration of dharna chowk; stringent action against corporate educational institutions; control on private educational institutions and teaching in English medium at government educational institutions.
