Oriental staff walk against corruption

Musheerabad: Oriental Insurance Corporation regional office organised an awareness walk on Tank Bund on Sunday with a slogan, ‘Eliminate corruption, build new India,’ on the occasion of vigilance awareness week. The walk, conducted from Boats Club to Ambedkar Statue on Tank Bund, was led by A Nageshwar Rao, Deputy Manager of Oriental Insurance. 

Speaking on the occasion, he urged people to strive for elimination of corruption from society. As part of the vigilance awareness week, the company is also conducting essay-writing competitions for school and college students to raise awareness among them. The company staff distributed pamphlets to people to bring about awareness among them on the need to stand up against corruption and for building new India. About 100 staff members of Orient Insurance participated in the walk.
