People’s problems increased during TRS rule: Komatireddy Venkat Reddy
Nalgonda: Senior Congress leader and party candidate from Nalgonda constituency Komatireddy Venkat Reddy stated that Congress has designed manifesto in such a way that the rural areas would be developed on par with urban areas.
On Monday, he carried out door- to-door election campaign at GK Annaram, Annareddy Gudem, Velugupally, Rasulpuram and Mushampally villages of Nalgonda mandal. Addressing villagers, he urged them to support the Congress in the upcoming elections to realizethe dream of Telangana State.
Stating that only KCR family members benefited, he alleged that people’s problems increased during the TRS regime. He criticized KCR over his failure to complete SLBC tunnel and Udaya Samudram – Brahmana Vellemla irrigation project which provides irrigation and safe drinking water to lakhs of acres of lands and fluoride-hit villages in the district respectively.
He appealed to the people that “we have to change our fates by teaching fitting lesson to KCR and company in the forthcoming elections to relieve the state from clutches of dictators and cheats. He listed out failures of TRS government and assured implementation of election manifesto cent percent to bring smiles to the people of state.
Large number of party workers belonging to TRs party joined Congress during his campaign in Nalgonda mandal. Congress Nalgonda mandal party president Vanguri Laxmaiah, former ZPTC Gummula Mohan Reddy, former village presidents, party local bodies representatives, leaders and villagers participated in the election campaign meetings.
