Parents seek votes for Rohit Reddy

 Tandur: It has become a family affair for Congress candidate Rohit Reddy. His parents are also vigorously canvassing on behalf of their son in the constituency. Rohit’s mother Pramodini Devi actively campaigned in Veerareddypalli, Rampur, Rampur Thanda, Guntha Baspalli, Mitta Basupalli and Kotbasupalli villages in the limits of Tandur mandal. Speaking on the occasion, she said that people in the constituency were facing many hardships and winning of Rohit Reddy was the need of the hour. 

She visited door-to-door and requested people to vote for her son. She also met farmers and women and explained them about the proposed schemes of Congress party. She criticised that TRS party was resorting and cheating by mere talk. Youth Congress president Boya Ashok, leaders Umashankar, Santhosh Reddy accompanied her. On the other hand, Rohit’s father Vittal Reddy also campaigned in Sangaigutta Thanda in Yalal mandal. He interacted with people especially farmers and enquired about their plight. He assured that Congress would give utmost priority to the well-being of farmers and women. He requested them to vote for his son.
