JEE Main second day paper pattern moderate
Hyderabad: The second day of JEE Main examination started well without any surprises and the paper pattern was as expected. In the post paper analysis for the second day of the JEE Main 2019, Navin C Joshi, Academic head and VP (JEE and NEET) at 'Gradeup' said, “the overall difficulty level of the paper was moderate, similar to slot one and slot two of the tests held on Wednesday.
The Physics section was logical with difficulty level between moderate to tough. Mathematics section was between easy to moderate. While the Chemistry section was easy as compared to the other two sections. Some questions in Physics and Chemistry were simple and directly picked from NCERT, he said.
In Physics and Mathematics sections, few concepts and questions were repeated from the day one test. Therefore, students are advised to go through day one and two exam analysis, before appearing for future slots. Considering the papers of past three slots, the cut-off is expected to be in the range of 80 to 85, he added.
