Jammalamadugu TDP Leaders meet Chandrababu Naidu over MLA ticket

Amaravati: TDP leaders from Jammalamadugu meet Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday at Amaravati.

The two prominent leaders are in the race of Jammalamadugu TDP MLA ticket. Both, Adinarayana Reddy, and Rama Subba Reddy met Naidu and explained their version of getting the party ticket.

Speaking to media Adinarayana Reddy said that though it is difficult to work together, but he will convince the party activists and bring them together.

Adinarayana Reddy won as MLA from Jammalamadugu in 2014 elections from YSR Congress party, and later he joined TDP and got the Ministerial post.

Adinarayana said, most of the YSRCP leaders and activists from Jammalamadugu had joined TDP, and with our support, Btech Ravi has won the MLC elections.

TDP MLC Rama Subba Reddy said that his followers are pressuring him to contest as MLA form Jammalamadugu Assembly segment. He also remembers that even his mother wants him to contest as MLA, and convincing party activists is not an easy task, he said.

He clarified that if party deny him MLA ticket than he is ready to contest as an independent candidate. Starting from 25 January he is going hold meetings with TDP activists in Jammalamadugu.
