Airtel Digital TV Offers New Long-Term DTH Packs for SD and HD Users
Airtel Digital TV has come with six new long-term DTH packs for its subscribers. Some of these packs are valid for SD and HD subscribers, others are meant only for SD users. It is said all these packs are now available to Airtel Digital TV users through the Airtel Digital TV website, its app and customer care service.
These new long-term packs are Hindi Value SD pack, Ultimate Dhamaka Pack (UDP) SD, Gujarat Value Sports SD, Gujarat Value Sports HD, Gujarat Mega SD, and Gujarat Mega HD.
These new packs come with two validity options:
1. 6 months and 15 days free
2. 11 months + one month free
Which comes with 6.5 months and 12 months validity to the subscribers, excluding for the UDP pack, this will be only valid for 6 months or 12 months and doesn't bring in any free duration.

As per the new pack, Hindi Value Pack and Ultimate Dhamaka Pack are made available only to the SD subscribers, the Gujarat Value Sports and Gujarat Mega Packs are offered to HD as well as SD subscribers. Airtel Digital TV is also offering discounted rates for recharging the second DTH connection.
Airtel Digital TV is offering its HD set-top box at Rs. 1,800 and SD set-top box at Rs. 1,650. Now Tata sky also modified the rates of its HD and SD set-top boxes. The Tata Sky HD set-top box is now available at Rs. 1,800 the SD set-top box can be bought at just Rs. 1,600.
